(AI); One Central & 10 district laboratories, 3 FSPCs (Frozen Semen
Production Centres), and 7 FSB (Frozen Semen Banks) were strengthened
and 513 AI centres were repaired. |

Km of Roads rehabilitated into Black-top & 209 Timber Bridges converted
to RCC in Cachar, Kamrup, Lakhimpur, Nagaon &Sivasagar; 2013 Km
of Roads repaired in all districts; GIS for 6 districts developed; RRL
Strengthened and made operational. |
